How Riser works
Step through the same six maps you get inside the portal — the journey end to end, the calculator data chain, quote to cash, the customer record, a day on a job, and the stringer add-on for new stairs.
The whole journey in five stages: set up once, measure, record it against a customer, sell it, then track what it earned.
- Stage 1 is a one-off. Branding, your product library and your labour rates are entered once and every later estimate inherits them.
- Nothing flows backwards. A quote snapshots the project as it was when issued, so editing a staircase afterwards never rewrites a document a client has already seen.

Riser account questions
Is a Pro account really free?
Yes. Projects, client records, presets, branded quotes, share links and Riser AI are all free on the starter plan. There is no card, no trial timer and no per-quote charge.
Where does the AI get its answers?
Only from your own workspace — your projects, quotes, jobs, customers and payments. It is told never to invent a figure, and if something is not in your records it says so and points you to the screen where it lives.
Is my client data used to train models?
No. Your records are used to answer your own questions in the moment, nothing more. There is no training on your data and no sharing between workspaces.
Who is it for?

Do my clients need an account?
